Credit purchases

Paid credit packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Paid credits do not expire. Promotional or free credits may have a validity period stated when they are granted.

Failed generations

If a generation fails and credits were deducted, the credits used for that attempt will be returned to your balance automatically. If they do not appear, use the Contact support option on this site with your order number and task ID.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund review, use the Contact support option on this site and include your account email and order number. Do not send your full card details.

We review requests under applicable law. Credits used for completed generations are not refundable except where required by law. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you if the service is not provided or does not conform to applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Right of withdrawal

This policy does not limit any withdrawal or other mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. In the European Union, distance purchases are generally subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, although how this applies to credits and the generation service depends on the nature of the purchase and how the service has started.

We will apply an exception or charge for services provided during that period only where the law allows it and the applicable requirements for an express request, information, and consent have been met.
