Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
We take the privacy of your photos and videos seriously. We use uploaded media to provide the generation you request and to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service. We do not sell your media, use uploaded photos to train general-purpose AI models, or intentionally publish your media in a public gallery. Some processing requires direct media URLs that are not protected by account sign-in; read “Private Access and Downloads” below before uploading sensitive content.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Uploaded Media and Generated Content — Photos, videos, audio, reference materials, generation settings, and generated results that you submit or create through the service.
- Processing and Security Records — Task identifiers, provider responses, error records, and other information needed to operate and protect the generation workflow.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
- Run AI generation, store uploaded media, deliver generated videos, and provide video history and downloads.
- Review technical failures, enforce usage limits, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
- With AI and infrastructure providers that process media on our behalf, including Cloudflare R2, Kie.ai, and Replicate.
AI Processing and Media URLs
To generate a video, we may send uploaded photos, reference media, and generation settings to the third-party providers described above. These providers may process the media in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Some processing steps require a media URL that the provider can retrieve. See “Private access and downloads” below for how these links work.
We do not use uploaded photos to train a general-purpose AI model. We use them to provide the requested generation workflow, maintain the service, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.
Private Access and Downloads
We do not place uploaded photos or generated videos in a public gallery or intentionally publish them on public pages. Your video library and the download feature on this site require you to sign in. Before returning a video through the download feature, we check that it belongs to your account. The download response includes cache instructions (private, no-store) that tell shared caches not to store it.
AI processing requires providers to retrieve source media. For this reason, uploaded files and generated videos may be served through direct media URLs that are not protected by your account sign-in. Anyone who obtains one of these URLs may be able to access the file while it remains available. Account sign-in protects access to your library and the built-in download endpoint, but it does not make a direct media URL private. Avoid sharing direct media links and do not upload content whose exposure could put you or someone else at risk.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Uploaded media may be retained while a task is processing and for a limited operational period afterward. Generated videos remain in your account until you remove them or close your account, subject to backups and third-party provider retention periods. You can delete saved videos from your video library and may contact us to request deletion of associated media. Deletion from backups or third-party systems may take additional time.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
